My daughter and I had a really lovely experience here. Connie helped us choose some gowns and was extremely attentive the whole time we were there. Nothing was an effort for Connie. The prices were really good as well. They have 2 very large rooms with the most gorgeous gowns. There was a great range of styles too. After visiting another bridal shop, we went back to Two Birds and purchased a gown. I highly recommend that you give this place a visit. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I attended a bridal appointment on 23/9/23 At 2:30pm My sales associate called hours ahead confirming my appointment and asking me to come earlier as no other brides had tuned up that day. I traveled over an hour to get here from the northern beaches. I arrived 25 mins early to my appointment. I was greeted with my sales associate Linda and was asked to look around as I had never been wedding dress shopping before. Linda disappeared with another bride and I was left with a lady who had never worked a day in the bridal industry in her life. When I was trying dresses on (in a dressing room the size of a target change room) the lady asked me to completely strip whilst staring straight at me, I felt so uncomfortable and mortified as there was no privacy. I was put in a size 14 ball gown and I am a size 2. There was so much fabric and not enough pins or clamps to mould the dress to my petite body. After being put in 2 more size 14-16 dresses I was left deflated and upset with how I looked. My mum went to find Linda as I was so upset with my first ever bridal experience and she would not even come back to help. The sales assistant asked my bridal party to put back the dresses as she didn’t even want to or know where to put them back herself. I never pictured my first experience to be like this. I would NOT recommend booking a appointment at this store.

I had such an amazing experience at Two Birds Bridal. I live 5 hours away and my consultant Seyhan was so kind and made sure everything went smoothly. I was able to say YES to a dress, have it altered and have a final fitting all within 24 hours. Best part, below my budget! I highly recommend Two Birds Bridal. The travel was well worth the experience, affordability and piece of mind. I can’t wait to share photos!

I walked into two birds bridal today without an appointment. I was able to meet with a consultant 30 minutes later. I am so incredibly thankful that I was partnered up with Linda (who was also thankfully head of alterations). We found a dress that was on sale, a matching veil and Linda was able to walk us through what the alterations looked like. Linda really took care of us and was so helpful. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience at Two Birds Bridal over the weekend with Linda. I had three appointments at three different stores and ended up back with Linda at Two Birds Bridal in the afternoon. She worked with me and ran through multiple ideas and dress styles to help me figure out what I was after. In the end I said yes to a full custom gown and Linda was so supportive! Thank you Linda, you are amazing!!
